Hi, and welcome! I'm Tareq Nabulsi, I am a Lead User Experience Designer living in the Atlanta area.
Born and raised in Atlanta, I grew up with a very creative family with my father painting on the side and my mom being a baker I was destined to get into design. I first started sketching and drawing at a young age by replicating cartoon characters and sketching out old VHS slip covers. The world of illustration became my love. I can still look back and remember the little boy who always knew he would become a designer.
After earning a degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University, I started a new chapter in life as a data analysis but still always wanted to design. I started looking into different subjects that incorporated graphic design and usability until I found out about user experience design. I would earn a certificate in User Experience design from General Assembly and I was off and running. With patience, perseverance, and inexhaustible dedication to my craft, I started to get freelance jobs that helped developed my UX skills and workflow process. Over the years, I became involved in a range of corporate and freelance projects where I helped provide engaging user experiences/UI designs for web and mobile applications.
When I’m not at my computer, I spend most of my free time exploring new techniques and design trends, working on side projects and building on my skills ,hanging out with friends, playing sports and working out. If you’d like to say hello, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
